What if I can't attend all the sessions?

Don't worry; all sessions will be recorded.

You can view them whenever works best for you. With the workbook, resources, and access to the Accountability and Coaching calls, you can catch up, ask any questions, and get the help you need.

I have a solo firm; will this program help me?

Yes!

This program has been built for firms of all sizes. What is being covered and the solutions will impact you as much as it would with multi-partner firms with teams.

Why is there a full year of coaching calls included, and do I need to attend them?

Everyone learns differently, and we want to support them all.

Some people will complete the necessary actions within the 7-week program and may need one or two check-in calls to ask questions or to clarify certain things. Others will do it at their own pace and may need longer support. Others still will start, and perhaps something might derail them that day, and they will want to return to the program later.

We want to ensure maximum success for all and offer flexibility to make that happen. The coaching calls are optional, and you choose how many you want to attend.

Now you've told me the steps, can I not just do this myself?
